New Guests & Returning Guests-- Our services are very detailed and are geared towards individualized attention.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in.
* If you are late, the service will end at the appropriate time and you will be charged the full amount, and we reserve the right not to provide the service.
We only booked ONE GUEST at a time, an do not double and triple book our appointments.
Appointments- Reserved with a current major credit card. Visa or MC
Deposits are required for and to secure reservations for:
Extensions (Eyelashes or Hair)
Bridal Parties
Payments accepted:
All Major credit cards & cash.
*No personal checks
Gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients.
*Referrals are always rewarded and appreciated.
Cancellations -- We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.
Less than 24hrs your credit card or gift card on file, will be charged for the full length and price of service and/or an billable invoiced will be mailed.
Deposits-- are non-refundable.
Children-We love children, however the salon is not the safest or most fun environment for them, if they are not receiving a service.
Please make the necessary child care arrangements for the day of your appointment.
Many of the services that we provide, take many hours.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation. This ensures a relaxing and uninterrupted studio experience.
Gift Cards We offer gift cards in any denomination over $10.
Gift cards can be order over the phone, with a major credit card.
Extensions for Hair and Eyelashes Policy
Each manufacturer HIGHLY recommends using the proper manufacturer’s maintenance products to ensure the longevity of each brand.
We carry these recommended products.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS are available on any of eyelash and hair extensions services.
Consultations are required to predetermine if the extensions can be provided, and to fully educate and answer all questions.
There will be necessary consultation paperwork that will need to be signed, and photographing of the before/after work.
Deposits are non-refundable for no show appointments or cancellations of hair extension appointments.
We are manufacturer certified in all of the services listed on this site.
*A follow appointment will need to be scheduled 1 to 2 weeks after these services.
