These goals are accomplished through continuous evaluation of guests’ needs, communication and striving to provide educated professional styling guidance. We are committed to providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We want you to have a superb experience at The Loft Salon Studio.
To uphold this we will:
We will confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to its scheduled time via email or text message.*Please always click on the link within your email.
Allow enough time for every appointment so we are on time for you.
Provide you with educated and professional service.
In return we ask you to be aware of the following guidelines to make everyone's visit pleasurable.
Late Policy: Please arrive early (5-10mins before) for your appointment to ensure your service runs as smoothly as possible. This will ensure you have enough time to change to a chemical gown, relax and browse through hair magazines. We reserve the right to ask you to reschedule, or to refuse service at our discretion. As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. If you are more than ten minutes late for your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule to a later date or time.
Cancellations: We ask you notify The Loft Salon Studio at least 24-48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. (Cancel: Online, Voicemail, Or Email) This includes if you decide to downgrade the service of your scheduled appointment. Untimely cancellations leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled by our waitlist, which results in a loss of revenue. We understand special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Clients who do not honor our cancellation policy will be required to hold future appointments with a credit card. Deposits for services will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Children: The Loft Salon Studio offers services for the young and children. However, we use dangerous chemicals, hot tools and sharp shears in and around the cutting floor and do not want anyone to be injured, especially your children. Because of these factors, children are not allowed to "hang out" unless receiving a hair service. Many, many of the services that we offer take hours to provide. Please be sure to make the proper child care arrangements. Additionally, we are committed to ensuring a relaxing salon visit for all.
No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment, not only will we be worried about you, but you may be asked to hold your next appointment with a credit card, and pay for the missed appointment. Cancellations after your scheduled appointment time are considered No-Show appointments. We want to offer guests access to available appointments. No-Shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled by our waitlist, which results in a loss of revenue.
Scheduling After Your Consultaton:A 50% deposit will be required to reserve the service time for the service(s) that you were consulted about. *See our consultation page Deposits are non refundable.
Great Lengths Hair Extensions Appointments: 50% Deposit is due at the time of your decision, at the consultation. A deposit agreement, home care & waiver agreement will need to be filled out. Before and After photography is required to render services. Final Payment is due at the beginning of your removal and/or installation appointment. We only accept cash or a major credit card for payment. The Great Lengths Hair belongs to The Loft Salon Studio. NO Refunds for any Great Lengths Hair extension services. Within 30 days of your installation should your extensions not suit you lifestyle we will offer a complimentary removal service at our discretion. Moving your service dates will result in a new deposit to secure an alternate date.
Haircolor Changes-- We are happy to provide haircolor services to maintain your look. Please do not change your haircolor(s) at home or elsewhere prior to your schedule hair extension installation appointment. The reason for this is this will completely change the design plan of the Great Lengths Hair colors chosen specifically for you. Doing so will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new consultation fee/ appointment needing to be reschedule.
Day of Installation: We strongly advise that you have your day open with no other commitments, travel plans and be sure to have the proper child care. Many of the designs we have offered take a full day.
Book your 2 week FOLLOW UP appointment --will need to be scheduled 2 weeks after these services. We will want to check in with you and see how you are doing. Any and all questions regarding styling tips, etc will be answered then. **Brushing your hair extension 2 to 3 times a day is necessary. Some loss of hair extensions is to be anticipated. Please call us is you have any questions.
Caring for: *Do not wash your new hair extensions for 48 hours after the initial installation.
Be sure to use the recommended professional shampoo.
Do not use sulfur shampoo or no dandruff shampoo. *Curling irons and flat irons can be used on a low heat setting. Be sure to stay at least 2 inches away from the bond attachment site. Hair Extension removal Fee: $100 per hour
Haircolor Services after Hair Extension Installation: Due to the complex nature of hair extensions, it is not advisable to attempt to color your own hair at home. In addition to that, should you opt to have your hair color services done somewhere else other than The Loft Salon Studio and should doing so alter, and or damage the Hair Extension Services rendered; The Loft Salon Studio reserves the right to refuse future appointments.
Not all salons are professionally versed in hair extensions, coloring hair extensions and/or working with hair extensions.
Rescheduling: We encourage you to schedule your next two appointments before you leave The Loft Salon Studio to ensure we are available at the date and time that works best for your schedule. You are more than welcome to try to schedule your appointment closer to your intended date, or call in on a call-in basis and we will do our best to accommodate you, but our availability is limited. Please remember we DO NOT DOUBLE BOOK.
Parking: Is located directly behind The Loft Salon Studio and is right next door to Kuhnel's Auto Repair. (We highly recommend Kuhnel's Auto Repair for repair services.)
Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard,Discover & American Express. No PERSONAL CHECKS.
NO Cell Phones & NO TEXTING: We are committed to a relaxing environment for you and for us. We are happy to have you use the salon phone to check in at home, etc. Also, this especially important when we are providing such procedures such as Great Lengths Hair Extensions because it is next to impossible for us to align your extensions in a timely manner when your body moves to reach for the phone, or you try to look down at a text. Thank you for your cooperation.
Refund Policy: We stand proudly behind our work and our styling products, however if you are not satisfied please let us know! Products can be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit if returned within 30 days of your purchase. Brushes ,clips & makeup cannot be returned due to sanitation.
Privacy Policy: We consider the information you chose to share with us personal and confidential and we are extremely committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed. At the time you request an appointment we collect and store the following types of information:

Emergency Contact
Birthday (for Birthday rewards) Address E-mail address Telephone number
We need this information to schedule and confirm your appointment and also to let you know about ongoing promotions you may want to take advantage of.
Online Purchases & Deposits: The only information that stays in our system is your address and contact information. No Credit card information is stored within and/or on our database. Your purchases are securely handled by our merchant services.
Comunication & Satisfaction: We strive to have you satisfied and ask that we are contacted within 1 week regarding your hair should you feel you need further assistance. Keeping the lines of communication open are key to the success of us being able to provide to you consistent results.
